so I still don't quite get dA....I just noticed that I have 7 messages (?), and I don't know any other way to put this information on my profile, so here goes:


It says "general film photographer" but that means I use black and white film. I process the film myself, cut it up into little strips, and use an enlarger and chemicals and paper and all that good stuff.

I'm in a B&W Intro class at Prairie State College, and the final critique for is on May 15th, so I won't be making any more prints...unless I can break the rules and continue to use the darkroom this summer.

next year I'll be a first year at the University of Chicago and they assure me there is a working darkroom there, so I hope I'll have the time to make prints and maybe eventually scan them on here.
I really love putting the world into a little frame. I love converting vibrant colors into black and white. it simplifies the image but accentuates the complexity of the metaphysical.
